Ann H. Mink, is a real estate and zoning consultant, who has provided representation of real estate and development clients for more than 20 years.  Ann is the principal broker of Capital Commercial Realty, LLC , and has substantial experience with all aspects of real estate, land use, development and construction.  Ann's background in the title, survey and construction industries, and being an active Realtor®, gives her a practical perspective that is so important in real estate deals.

James R. Barrett, is an outdoor advertising and zoning consultant. Jim spent more than 40 years at VDOT, most of which he spent running VDOT's outdoor advertising sign programs. Jim also is a certified professional in erosion and sediment control (CPESC) and handled the review of erosion and sediment control plans for VDOT for years. As VDOT's point person on outdoor advertising issues, Jim routinely represented VDOT's interests before the General Assembly and with local governments. Jim uses his knowledge and experience to find practical solutions for our clients.
