Jerry C. Booth, Jr.
Jerry C. Booth, Jr. has practiced in real estate for nearly 20 years, with extensive experience in commercial real estate, survey, and title, as well as the resolution of real estate related disputes and litigation. Jerry’s practice with FutureLaw covers all aspects of commercial real estate, business, finance, land use, construction, workouts and litigation. His focus is to guide each transaction from beginning to end as efficiently as possible. Unlike most transactional lawyers, Jerry also handles the resolution of disputes, including litigation, should circumstances require such for the protection of his clients. Jerry has developed a “preventive law” approach for property management professionals using mitigation techniques dealing with mold, lead based paint and premises liability. Jerry also helps property management professionals litigate against insurance providers who deny coverage for damages incurred by the landlord or property manager which are denied by the insurance providers. For clients facing disputes, non-producing assets, or obstacles to obtaining adequate financing, Jerry works to identify options and solutions to obtain the best results for his clients’ business needs. For real estate construction and development clients, Jerry works to reduce risks and avoid claims. When necessary, he can file or defend lawsuits on their behalf. Jerry and FutureLaw are committed to providing the highest quality representation for their clients, together with personal attention and service, while also holding down legal costs.
