The FutureLaw Economic Development and Business Services team also helps clients to navigate the complexities of working with the state’s economic development agencies to garner financing, to secure tax incentives, to receive workforce training grants and to achieve economic designations that support the business’s goals and objectives.   At times, a business needs information and access to financial assistance that require creative approaches, including tax-exempt financing.
